Octane Blue was founded in December of 2008 by Jordan and Squires, who both shared a vision to create one of Tulsa's most entertaining and energetic cover acts that would perform well known danceable rock hits from classic to current.
Jordan is well known for her "shredding" abilities on the guitar, as well as her ability to simultaneously pull off lead vocals and guitar on some of the most popular female-fronted rock hits of all time.
Squires is the ultimate front man who not only can belt out his vocals all night long, but is also known to get the audience very involved during live performances, taking the show to the people and making them part of the performance.
Bassist Kirk Buckels and drummer Randy Cook are the solid, pounding rhythm section of the band that keep the groove locked in, keeping people dancing all night long.
The band's use of professional lighting and stage props further enhances the performance and presentation, creating a total party type atmosphere for those in attendance, and setting Octane Blue apart from other cover bands of its type.
With the collaboration of these four entertaining musicians, expect the unexpected at their shows - dull and boring is something Octane Blue simply won't tolerate. If you want to be entertained with great music and a visually exciting performance, Octane Blue is your band.
